    • Organized and supervised A/E team during design, construction, and move-in.
    • Initiated and resolved all environmental, storm water, and hazardous-material studies and remediation.
    • Resolved all site dry utilities conflicts and related issues.
    • Provided liaison with TERPA investment bankers, attorneys, and bond insurer (OSHPD).
    • Supervised select bid for a $20Million primary care clinic and negotiated all contracts.
    • Coordinated & Concluded project LEED Gold certification.

    • Supervised public bid for a $5Million primary care clinic and negotiated all contracts.
    • Coordinated archaeological studies and permits with Pechanga Tribal Council and CA Office of Historic Preservation.
